Very disappointing experience. My case manager, Daniel Machado, only contacted me the first day I signed the contract. Since then, I have to call repeatedly just to get a response. My medical care was also delayed, and I had to find treatment on my own. The only person who has consistently been helpful is Yahayra. Overall, very poor communication and customer service.
