Tim is very professional and responsive to my many questions, but an ongoing drainage and water problem has not been rectified.
Our Association recently returned to Braeside after a three-year hiatus. We could not have made a better decision. This Management Company and it's personnel are beyond excellent. They are responsive, professional problem-solvers that work equally well with individual homeowners and the Board. We have never had such excellent service. Kudos particularly to Tim Sokley, Margaret Plotner, Meliss Rix, Alex Rix, Ken Metz, Amy Gayle.
folloow up on a request based on a leak problem was good. Would be a higher rating but could have been faster. Things speeded up once I got to the right person.
Very prompt response when notified!
