I worked with Braeside as a Board member until my recent retirement from the Board. It is because of Kevin Sanders, who is our building manager that I give this 5 star rating, because Kevin is a 5+ building manager. After 2 years of the Board having to do everything themselves with an inferior Company, we contracted with Braeside, and things have been wonderful. Absolutely unacceptable. I have been calling Braeside Community Management Ltd. Literally 15 times every single day for an entire week regarding a parking permit issue. Not one person has answered the phone. I have also sent multiple emails, all of which have been completely ignored. How can a management company justify being completely unreachable? 1135 Pleasant run dr Wheeling Il Many times I notified Braeside Community Management about gutter cleaning .Asked them to clean the gutter. Any light rain causing flood on patio because gutter is clogged and water is pouring from roof like waterfalls. Total ignorance from management!
The worst property management company in the north suburbs. Mismanaged properties and HOA’s. Maintenance is neglected year after year and properties values decrease. Stay away from this company. They don’t even deserve one star. And they reply to this review and ask me to call them but I have called emailed and lodged complaint after complaint with no results.
