I've used Braen supply over 15 yrs this last time will be THE LAST time.. bought natural stone for my fire pit. Not even 3 months later all 4 pieces cracked. Called Harry Lutz salesmen. Never received a call back. Ill use Valley Mason & Stone for my soon 2b next project. Just want every1 to know how poor the sales department & customer service is.
