In the past few months I’ve had two different stone deliveries from BRAEN for personal landscaping projects. Although I had in mind what I wanted the saleswoman who helped me listened & then suggested some better options. Her suggestions were right on target for the project. My family have been Braen customers for over 10 years. The staff are always professionally courteous and their ability to be helpful is really great! For any landscape projects, especially when we need supplies delivered to the door, they are our number 1 choice!
Excellent experience! Very easy to place an order and set up delivery. The delivery was on time and without any problems despite having low electrical lines across our driveway. Driver was able to place stones just where we wanted them dropped. We will use Braen again!

incredible customer service. this place really has their sh*t together. my order was small - a couple cubic yards of drainage rock and I needed it delivered with a fork lift since my driveway is retained and cannot have that weight on it, plus I live on a busy road. they delivered it on time, called before, and treated us like we were a major client even though we bought $250 worth of stone. special thanks to mark and Julia. will def. do more business here.

Excellent service from sales to delivery. Driver Dave showed up when he said he would and was able to drop our topsoil exactly where we needed it. Navigated our steep, windy driveway like a true pro! I would definitely use Braen again!
We had a great experience here today. We needed to see some samples in person to make decisions about colors, finishes, etc. The show room is amazing. We were able to see actual installed products in the colors we were interested in and also have samples to see next to installed flooring. Customer service was great, even helped us find things in the outdoor showroom under the snow.
