They fixed the water issue. Parking is a problem. I believe every apartment gets two parking spaces. But you have certain families that don’t care or will park 3 or 4 of their vehicles in the parking lot. No one gets towed, we have placards for what reason?
For my first apartment, this complex was great! I lived here for only a year, but my part of the complex was nice and quiet (not sure about other parts). I lived on a lower unit, but I hardly ever heard my neighbors!
Ever since the previous apartment manager left two years ago, things have gotten worse and worse. Apartments on the ground floor have gray water flood into them if the washer backs up. That is, if the washers are working. Almost all of them are broken in some way or do not fully wash your clothes. Other residents have attempted to contact off-site apartment manager, and receive excuses or no follow-ups at all. Do not rent here.
