We have been tenants of a Braebury town house since 2020. Over the years, we have had many maintenance calls, from leaky toilets, broken water heater valve, garage door malfunction, etc. They have always came and did the repairs, sometimes same day. Just recently, our air conditioner unit failed. It took a few visits from HVAC companies and a few weeks, but our AC unit was replaced. We are so thankful to have it back in this warming climate. Extremely disappointed with this behaviour. After scheduling a showing the agent was a no-show. We waited outside the property for 15 minutes but didn’t even get a text back.
My family and I have just had the pleasure of signing a lease with Braebury Properties, and we are very happy. Terri, our rental agent, was so kind and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend renting with this company!
I rent an apartment in their Brock Street Commons building and have been quite satisfied with it. Beautiful unit, great location, and they're usually very responsive and quick with maintenance requests, often same day.
I own a Braebury house in the West End and I think it's absolute garbage. Who designs a bathroom like this??
