Good action on maintenance
My air conditioner has not been working, and the heat is unbearable. I have gone to the office several times to report the issue, but nothing has been done to fix it. The stove is also not working properly and is turning my pots and pans black when I cook. In addition, there are a lot of bugs in the apartment, making it difficult for me to sleep.
