Complete scam charged for parts and work that wasn't done,lied about hours it took,blew up a ********* piece of equipment and told me sorry they were broke lol.If u wanna get bamboozled this is your place

This individual was unhappy with work performed by Brady Outdoor Equipment.. He filed a claim against us and insurance denied his claim stating his claim was unfounded. This individual never paid for work done or parts he received. I have been in business 38 years and have always and will continue to work with anyone who is reasonable and fair. Took my mower to Brady Outdoor for motor repair After several months of a run-around about the parts being on back order the original ***** repair was reduced and they never could show me what was actually done. Giving them the benefit of doubt I returned as I said I would for another chance for grass catcher bags. They told me they had them in Stock and no problem to install them. We reached out to customer. A few things were left out. We did not charge him ****** We charged him for parts only. Without going through all details the customer was taken care of and situation resolved. He stated he appreciated call from the owners ***** and ***** ***** and will use us again.
