Excellent service!
My visit was to the service department. The service advisor E. Kane did not waste any time assisting me with getting the item I needed for my truck. He was polite, attentative, and professional throughout the process. He kept me informed about what was being done and my wait time. I especially liked how he covered the seat and kept the truck as clean as possible. I really appreciate the care that was taken during the installation. Great service and sales! Selena was our sales person and she was very kind and made it a fun experience. We highly recommend this place. It convinced me to start using Brady for all my Ram and Jeep services down the road. Mr Brady wanted to meet us before we left and we had a great conversation. Keep up the great work!!
