Horrible experience and customer service!!! I've been going to Brady for years with no issues. I dropped my car off to be serviced on 7/21/24 and was treated like crap by Josh and Cody (Service) because I wanted an update on my car status. It went so far as I had to leave my job and pick up my vehicle without the repairs being done due to the bullying and disrespect from Josh and his manager Cody. I was told the car I purchased had a clean CarFax and no accidents, but that was completely false. After buying it, I discovered the vehicle had clearly been in a wreck — there’s bondo all down the passenger side, and trash embedded in the paint where they tried to touch up scratches. The repair work is sloppy and obvious. To make things worse, the car also has electrical issues that started shortly after the sale.
