David Lyons general manager and Randal Cox followed through along with the service department, and repaired the issue with my sons car purchased at Brady. Just picked it up yesterday and waiting to see how it does in a good hard rain, but feeling optimistic. My personal purchasing experience as well as my son's were both great experiences at Brady CDJR. As with a lot of service departments, initially their's left a bit to be desired. Went to just look at a 2026 Ram 2500.Ended up with a salesman name Seth, we'll let's just say we ended up taking the truck home with us! This guy is a unbelievable salesman! Will definitely being back to see him in the near future!
