Horrible service came in on a fb add where they said 0 down and when we arrived they told us 3000 down and wanted us to let our vehicle repo! On top of that the salesman who we found out didn’t work there but was just in town tried to make us buy a vehicle we did not want and threatened to send out credit everywhere so we couldn’t buy anywhere else! Will be contacting better business bureau!
I purchased a vehicle from here barely a year ago and have had nothing but issues with the dealership and service department. Regardless if you purchase the warranty with them - it seems like nothing is covered. You’re coming out of pocket. Very unhappy and am working on trading in the vehicle despite me loving it — I’d rather avoid their services at all cost.
I rented a car today that had 1800 miles on it. During my drive I had an issue with the vehicle. Called and spoke to Josh. Saved the day for my wife and I. Great guy to have on. the team.
So me and my husband went up here Saturday 4/18/26 and left in a 2025 Nissan altima but before we settled on a car we had the privilege of working with and talking to some really great people these guys went above and beyond our expectations of customer service they even prayed with us and made us feel like family I highly recommend these amazing people they won't steer you wrong.
