The care I received was great. However, I recently got my new glasses and it was supposed to have the transition lenses. It did not. I called the office several times to try and avoid going in person, no answer. This is not the first time I’ve tried calling with no answer. So When I went in to talk to someone about it, she had a very “whatever” attitude and told me the decision of a refund was the managers choice. All of the staff is very helpful and professional. My boyfriend had an appointment today with Dr Adams. She's awesome and very up beat and cheerful. She and the other staff answered all the questions that we had and they were very considerate of my boyfriends anxiety problems. The "glasses guy" (sorry Im bad with names) was very friendly and helpful and got us a great deal on two frames and lenses. The wait time was only like five minutes! Dr. Adams was wonderful! All of the staff was very helpful with my exam and choosing glasses in my budget.
Had a bad experience about two years ago and thought I would give them one more chance.. well that didn't work. Waste of time. And watch out they will give you display glasses instead of ordering them for you. I have been going here for years. The last few years have been very disappointing .
Excellent service, products and friendly staff. Dr. Brady and Dr. Adams are the best!
Dr. Adams did a great job. My previous optometrist completely messed up my prescription to where my farsightedness vision was awful. My new prescription is perfect and I love my glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Adams. She's also super friendly.
