Brady is a very thorough and honest inspector. I've used him on 2 inspections and have found him to be meticulous and thorough in his inspections. He is honest and completely unbiased towards either buyer or seller. I was completely confident in in my decision to buy or pass based on his inspections. Brady inspected a duplex of mine prior to me purchasing it. At the time one side was vacant and one side was occupied. The side that was vacant was inspected very thoroughly aside from a few minor things that were missed. The occupied side was gone through very quickly (I was told 15 min by the tenant), and there were almost no issues found on that side. Couldn't of asked for a better home inspection very knowledgeable and told me all issues with the house whether they were small or big made my home buying experience less stressful. Would recommend his services to anyone give him a call!!
