Travis is a very enjoyable person to work and communicate with. Along with those fine attributes, he is very knowledgeable and detailed in the inspection report he provides to you. We felt his report was very thorough, providing pictures and explanations especially of things that needed to be corrected. I highly recommend him…..you will not be disappointed.

Brady is a very thorough and honest inspector. I've used him on 2 inspections and have found him to be meticulous and thorough in his inspections. He is honest and completely unbiased towards either buyer or seller. I was completely confident in in my decision to buy or pass based on his inspections. Highly-qualified and highly recommend Brady for any home inspection you should need

Brady inspected a duplex of mine prior to me purchasing it. At the time one side was vacant and one side was occupied. The side that was vacant was inspected very thoroughly aside from a few minor things that were missed. The occupied side was gone through very quickly (I was told 15 min by the tenant), and there were almost no issues found on that side. As one example, I have found out since purchasing that the two showers drip constantly, which should be an obvious issue to write in a report. A light switch in the bathroom... read more
