Service was Great and the service man was on point
*DISHONEST* AC went out, called Brady Flanary to come look at it. Charged $140 to do diagnostic on a sunday. they then charged me over $240 to replace a capacitor (which they called a "power pack") which can be bought on Amazon for $10.. I'm serious the part they replaced is a JARD brand part #12783 if you google that its $10 they charged me $404 total for something I could have googled and fixed myself. Really fast and responsive customer service! Didn’t try to upsell me or convince me to buy things I didn’t need. My HVAC stopped blowing air suddenly, technician came out same day and diagnosed the issue/replaced the damaged/deteriorated part needed to get my hvac back up and running. Def will be using them again for tune ups/regular servicing.
