Had the presurgery prep today. Had a lot of questions but Kiki answered all in a polite and positive manner. I feel much better about the procedure knowing ahead of time what is to be done.
Appointment was on time. Courteous staff. Great job on my cleaning with everything explained and questions answered well. Follow up appts were set and insurance claim will be filed.
I have known Dr. Bradshaw and staff for a long time. When it was my turn to get a procedure performed, they were still just as amazing as clinicians as they are as friends! Dr. Bradshaw's office is the entire package from start to end.
As a retired dental clinic Office Manager, I entered Dr. Bradshaw's office with a lot of apprehension and fear of the unknown. However, she impressed me with her sweet demeanor and made me feel that I was her ONLY patient. After three visits, I realized there was no stress in the office because they don't overschedule and everyone is confident in their positions...it's a calm and pleasant environment.
I've lived in The Woodlands for 16 years and Dr. Bradshaw's office is top notch. Dr. Bradshaw was warm, friendly and very competant. She made me feel very comfortable. The staff was equally as great. It's great to go to an office that really care about you and you our treated like an indiviidual and not just a number.
Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. They do all that they can to make you feel really comfortable.

Although it's a LONG TRIP complicated with traffic, I look forward to my cleanings with Rachel. I love the "clean mouth" I feel when I leave. They always let me have my 8:00 time, and then I sit and have a cup of coffee in their lobby afterward.
