Went in for a pre-screening and was greeted with a bunch of smiles and great customer service. I needed some extensive work done, the orthodontist was nice, very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me, made me feel very comfortable. I had no reservations when I left, I knew this was the place for me.
The team at Bradshaw Periodontics are great, not only are they great but they are the best. I had a lot of problems inside my mouth. Gum disease and recession to the extent that my regular dentist wanted to remove 3 to 4 teeth but suggested that I visit Ms Bradshaw first. I did just that, Ms Bradshaw examined me, made recommendations that she thought would be in my best interest, I agreed and we scheduled the procedures which consisted of only removing 1 tooth and some additional treatments. As a dentist, I suspected a cracked root had occurred, so I immediately thought to call Dr. Bradshaw to confirm my own diagnosis. She confirmed my diagnosis... looks like she will be doing my implant. I have sent several patients her way and consulted with her about others and have been impressed with her work. Her willingness to consult with me, even if it means not getting the case, means she is more concerned about the well being of the patient than then the almighty dollar. My appointments with Rachel are always a pleasure. She does a thorough cleaning and is very gentle. I am not a fan of dental treatments, but Dr. Bradshaw is awesome. Kudos to the entire staff!
From the start, I knew this was the right place to get my implant surgery done. A helpful caring staff and a flawless procedure, Dr. Bradshaw and her staff carefully guided me through the process, explaining every step along the way. I felt comfortable and confident that I was in the right hands. I am truly grateful for the care, calls to follow up and see if I was alright, and the emails letting me know what to expect next.

An outstanding initial visit and consultation. Dr. Bradshaw was engaging, honest and is obviously a master in her field and I will be going back for treatment. Her office support staff are professional and provide well coordinated intake, financial counseling and prompt follow up to my questions.
