Great customer service from the sales and service department , timely follow up for questions and very transparent. Eric Sanders does a great job following up with questions that you may have. I was beyond thrilled with my purchase.
From initial visit to discuss issues with our QX56, until the time we picked it up subsequent to the repair, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. What started out as a fairly simple interaction turned into a waste of time and effort. From trying to conceal discounts to making us sign papers for a car they couldn't find was frustrating and should be an embarrassment to them.
Extremely impressed with the Service Department of Bradshaw Infiniti
Do not purchase or service your car at Infiniti of Augusta in Augusta, Georgia. The service department will damage the car and not take responsibility. I am left with a $250 bill from a body shop. I expected better from a representative of the Infiniti Brand. #infiniti #nissan
Dropped off my car for some diagnostics this afternoon and was given a courtesy vehicle. Top notch customer service! Great job to all the service department employees. I truly felt that I was in good hands.
