I was in the dealership this morning. As I was walking out, the floor was wet. I slipped and fell on my back, hitting my head on the tile floor. Several employees asked if I was ok, but that was all. No signs posted about wet floors until after my fall. No one has called to check on me or anything. Clearly they don’t care about customer safety or whether I would be returning which I will not.

I’m far from home and today a chipmunk decided to eat away st my electrical system. The service department has been unbelievable! They showed genuine care for me and my family and have been working diligently to get my car back on the road and me home to New Orleans safely. Could not ask for better care I am seriously blown away! Everyone should buy a car and service it at this dealership! I may even travel up here when I’m ready to turn mine in for a new one.
