This was our first time using Brad's Pressure Washing to clean our lanai. It was very moldy, typical at this time of the year during the rainy season. Brad scheduled us quickly. He cleaned our lanai (approx. 700 sq ft), long sidewalk, exterior landings, and an 8'x10' outdoor rug that was covered with mildew -- all in about an hour. He was fast and thorough. The lanai looks great and I did not expect the rug to come as clean as it did. I highly recommend Brad's Pressure Cleaning. Great price for quality service.
