Located north of Tallahassee, Florida, Bradley's Country Store is a complex of 17 buildings. Started as a sausage store in the year 1910 by Mrs. Bradley, the other structures were built in further years. The complex includes a cane press, syrup furnace, syrup storage house, a commissary, grist mill, smokehouse, sausage processing plant and more. The small store selling variety of canned foods including their own produces, has become a legend and currently offers a food shopping experience like that of the early 1900s.

Best Sausage & those big size grits. Yummy to the Tummmy.
Love Bradley's! Everyone goes for the sausage but they have so much more. The bacon is cut thick and can be ordered with the rind on or off. They have Hoop Cheese that is better than any cheese you can get in a chain store. Pork chops, ham hocks and they grind their own grits. And if you have never had the yellow grits you have to try them. They are helpful, fast and friendly.
Love this place! Can hardly make a trip to Tally without going to Bradley’s. Get some sausages, and some country fixings to take home and a couple of sausage dogs while you’re there and sit on the porch to eat them. It’s like a step back in time.

Picked up a selection of different sausages yesterday on my way home from Tallahassee. Hot smoked sausage with breakfast this morning. Forgot how delicious this is!!! 😃
I have enjoyed the sausage and will be going back tomorrow because it is a friendly place for good meats
