Dr. Trinidad himself is a nice individual, however what's disappointing is how his staff and front receptionist handle the face of the clinic. The phone call that was had between his front office staff and someone was completely unprofessional and disrespectful, I've never heard anyone in my life speak the way his receptionist spoke. It's sad to be ignored but to be disrespected over the phone while getting a nasty attitude is beyond disgusting.
