Dr. Strong and his surgical and office teams are wonderful. I choose the multi-focal lens along with cataract removal. The surgery was easy and painless. I can read and drive without glasses. Dr. Strong is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, compassionate and communicative. He answered all my questions pre and post cataract surgery.
I'm a new patient, the nurse that worked with me was outstanding, Dr. Strong was excellent, had great bedside manners. However the front staff shocked me when I overheard them talking about another staff member, I have always maintained the most professional attitude and atmosphere with the public. When my daughter walked back in the waiting area, the conversation was still going on. She works for an animal clinic and they are very sensitive to conversations held. I have been with Dr. Strong since he joined the practice when Dr. Vaughn left. He did my cataract surgery and I'm 20/20. He's very thorough and professional. I highly recommend him.
Had good care, then suddenly surprise 250$ bill, supposed to take my insurance, but iether charged way more than my coverage, or didn't take it anymore and didn't inform me. Sad to have to find a new provider that wont overcharge me.
