I call when I need appointments or change due to illness or transportation so I can reschedule
I have personally seen Dr. Guill two times. He was on time. He also took the time I needed to understand his directions. He also listened to me and took into account my thought, concerns, and opinions. I can't recommend him highly enough.
I have had Dr. Guill for my doctor for quite some time. I feel that he is very thorough and tries to get at the root of the problem. He is a good listener. I would highly recommend him.
My 82 year old Mom has been with Dr. Quill for 10 plus years. She has lived me in Monrovia with me about 6 years I take her to her appointments. Usually the wait after we get to the exam room is no more than 10 minutes. However there has been several times we've waited up to a half hour. On her last appointment after driving an hour and 15 blocks away we got stuck by a train. We were 6 minutes late and they refused to see her. Not right.
