Going on my 3rd year living here..(MANEGED BY PEABODY PROPERTIES)...and they are horrible...bad communication cheap work gets done in the units (They just put a bandaid on it) and they dont remember what needs to be fixed when they do the inspection. I dont recommend this property to anyone.

Dave is without a doubt the best landlord I've ever had -- we had a crew of seven in our house and we all loved renting from Dave. He, his property manager and maintenance team are absolutely fantastic. If I ever look for housing again in Cambridge -- He'll be my first call. Can't recommend highly enough!
Not only was my apartment beautiful, well kept, and full of amenities.. the owner of these properties, Dave is the ideal landlord as Bradley Properties has a staff and crew that often go above and beyond to accommodate. If you are looking for a place to rent, rent from Bradley Properties. My apartment was pet friendly, new appliances, and in unit washer and dryer! And you will also be extremely lucky to find a better price. Can't beat Bradley.
