Very poor landord. Maintenance guys are good but landlord is poor to respond and when asked to have a proper housing inspection there is no response. We have had needed many repairs on the apt I am staying at. I do not recommend renting from this company and landlord is Daniel Gomes
Going on my 3rd year living here..(MANEGED BY PEABODY PROPERTIES)...and they are horrible...bad communication cheap work gets done in the units (They just put a bandaid on it) and they dont remember what needs to be fixed when they do the inspection. I dont recommend this property to anyone.

Dave is without a doubt the best landlord I've ever had -- we had a crew of seven in our house and we all loved renting from Dave. He, his property manager and maintenance team are absolutely fantastic. If I ever look for housing again in Cambridge -- He'll be my first call. Can't recommend highly enough!
