Horrible place to live. They wouldn’t renew people’s leases because of financial hardships during Covid. Property manager Eva is uneducated and shouldn’t be in her position. She can’t answer simple questions that a property manager should be able to answer. They have people selling illegal things out of their apartments and the maintenance men are in on it. After reading the newest reviews, I think I'll look else where. I refuse to move 4 hours away to garbage. A lady said people walk around with bats and damage other peoples cars.....thats a big red flag for me considering I drive a luxury car, I dont want those kinds of problems on my hands at all.
The only good thing about this place is it’s close to work . ppl working from front desk are very unprofessional and rude last 2 months since under new management has been awful when it comes to paying rent. Trash is everywhere if maintenance isn’t here cleaning up after ppl there’s kids and adults here STEALING packages from front doors can’t wait till my least is over never again
