The new homes are built so quick and terribly. The HOA does absolutely nothing. Most gym equipment broken, playground is discusting and unkept, half the yards look like they haven’t been mowed in months.
The worst HOA. BE GLAD YOU DONT LIVE HERE! Loved them at first but HATE THEM now. The HOA picks and chooses who is gonna get violations/fines. HOA does absolutely nothing to keep this place functioning and looking up-kept!
READ THIS BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE!! This is the absolute WORST treatment my family has had renting a home. We pay everything on time and abide by all the "rules". Still, they will NOT provide the FOB key for the pool to us despite requesting it at least 10 times in writing (After paying for it!). Now our kids have to wait and ask people to let them slip in to the pool area and skinned his elbow up bad trying to get in without the key!.
