Bradley Car Wash has GREATLY deteriorated over the years. We used to love taking our children there when it first opened. Now it has filthy floors, dirty bathrooms, broken washer equipment and a skeleton of an accessory "shoppe". There was also no apparent supervisor for the car techs and cars were not taken in the order they came in. Believe today has been out last trip.

Terrible customer service they removed a cleaning caddy full of supplies for my business from the rear if my SUV. For a regular $15 wash not sure why they were even back there...after driving up there and being told they didn't have it I explained I needed it for my business and would have to search myself they came walking out of the back with it...tisk tisk that's stealing

Ok after two trips to this place today, 2 and a half hours later, $100 less in my pocket my wifes van looks mildley better. I will never go back to this place, I will recommend to all friends to get a local teenager to clean your car, they will do much better job.

I could see that the place was very busy today but, for the money they charge, I noticed when I got home, that there were still insects and debris on my front fender....my headlights still had debris on them....there were a few soils on the dashboard inside that had not been cleaned off....and my windshield still had dirt on it. I am sorry that I put a tip in the box at the front desk. I will not be going back.
