Terrible experience. I had to tell them multiple times that the windows weren’t done.. they didn’t wipe everything my cup holders. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. DO NOT PAY FOR ANY SERVICES UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
RecommendedAlways a good cleaning and wash. Today I surprised to find out that they have a reward point system. I had enough points for a free Gold wash!
I loved it! They were very precise, neat and fast. I was excited bout how good they had my car looking.
I took my husband truck this morning to have the works. When I got home, back passage side had never been done. The back window wasn’t clean either and the bumper was dirty. I went back with my VW Jetta to be washed. Big mistake, told the girl at counter about the bad wash job $37 that morning. All I get from her is I sorry and $27 for car. Arrived at 12:30pm left at 2:15 pm. Charged for Suv. Have a Kia Soul. Very poor job at vacuum. Did not clean all the door jams. Left bugs on front of car & mirrors. Crew spent more time talking then working. No quality control over crews work. No manager on site. For what I paid I expected a much better job. Will not be back.
A regular customer & normally pleased but very busy today & flow not working well. Seems to be more talking than working.
Friday, Aug. 19th, around noon....I decided to give this carwash a try...wanted a good professional cleaning....I purchased the $27.95 carwash.....my interior was never touched, as soon as I opened the door, crumbs still on my seat, nothing had been wiped down....obvious coffee stains still there...."yes maam, I'll fix it.... The carpet....and seats....just as they were before the wash....not vaccumed at all. They had THREE opportunities to correct and I still had to get a wet wipe and clean my inside myself.... Wow, what a terrible job they did on my SUV. Didn't even vacuum the back section. Dust still all on the dash. Floors half cleaned. Didn't have time to go back and ask for redo. They weren't busy. Guess I know now why I was only one of two cars there.
I'd give you no stars if I could! That job you just did on my 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid (the black on where I asked y'all to get the cup holders and the coke splatter on the doors, remember me) was unacceptable! Any other time I'd stay and have you go back and do it again... But I'll never be back. You didn't even vacuum my car out. Not impressed. I'll be going back to the Goo-Goo on whitesville from now on.
