I had my first appointment with Dr. Bradley recently, and it was so nice to be seen by a doctor who actually takes his time. My appointment was about an hour long. It wasn’t rushed. Dr. Bradley took the time to answer my questions, make some jokes and educate me on my eyes. The appointment reminded me of the good old days of medicine. It’s sad that this kind of doctor is now so rare! Finally, I really appreciated Dr. Bradley’s commitment to keeping his office Covid safe. It’s refreshing and thoughtful.
In my 2 annual appts, with Dr. Bradley so far, he was thorough, informative and attentive to all my questions. My husband had his first appt this month and was sent directly to Eye Associates to see a retinologist. He is now being successfully treated for an early condition that would have been a disaster if it had gone undetected. We are so grateful to Dr. Bradley for having us take immediate action!
Dr. Mark Bradley saved my sight after an incompetent doctor made a hasty and incorrect diagnosis and gave me the wrong (and dangerous) medicine. When the infection did not clear up, I went to Dr. Bradley and he immediately knew what the problem was. Under his treatment I avoided loss of vision. He takes plenty of time with his patients and answers all their questions. He washes his hands between patients and he wears a mask. I think Dr. Bradley is one of the best ophthalmologists in the country. D.S. - November 3, 2021
Dr. Bradley threw a temper tantrum like a five year old. Beware!
Because he refuses to use a computer, he could not download the prior auth for my medicine. He blamed the pharmacy, for not catering to him. My med was from a retired dr., who always filled out the prior auth. As a result, I had to pay over $500 for my medicine. If it were not for Pharmaca, I would have had to pay over $600. Him being obstinate cost me my emotions and my pocketbook.
Dr. Bradely does not wash his hands between patients. He is knowledgeable. He can be difficult.
While in New Mexico last year, one of my eyes suffered a vitreal detachment with symptoms that warranted an immediate visit to a specialist. Impressed by the consideration I received over the phone from Dr. Bradley's assistant, I drove to see Dr. Bradley that afternoon. He conducted an exam, then explained in detail the medical progression of such detachments and the statistical chances of long-term complications. He recommended a follow-up visit to my eye doc back home. Top-notch service!
Dr. Bradley never seems rushed, is always on time and has given me the best lens prescriptions of any doctor I've gone to (during a lifetime of wearing glasses). The office is just him and his receptionist so you're not just a number.
I found Dr. Bradley to be abrupt and somewhat rude. I will not return to his office.
