bad job horrible rates - they basically did false advertising and them stuck me with a $150 bill for a 2 minute service....i checked around with local companies and found out that normally this kind of work is $50. also, took them 45 minutes instead of 15 (although the guy told me it would take about 20 minutes). didn't give me a quote ahead of time.

Theres nothing they cannot handle. Staff has many years of expertise and experience. Has been in business for over 15 years.
Rudeness has no place in business Lock smiths are prompt and professional unfortunetly I will no longer do business with this company due to the rude and unprofessional attitude of office personel. After doing buisness with these folks for many years one person's actions have made me revise my opinion from very positive to negative in the extreme.

Today I called Bradley because I had an old iron lock in my door I was trying to remove. I'd gotten it 80% out and was stuck. They asked me to text a picture, called me right back, and told me what to do. It took less than thirty seconds and saved me so much time and money. excellent people.
