Today I called Bradley because I had an old iron lock in my door I was trying to remove. I'd gotten it 80% out and was stuck. They asked me to text a picture, called me right back, and told me what to do. It took less than thirty seconds and saved me so much time and money. excellent people.

Took to my neighborhood Facebook page when I got into bind removing a door lock from my 1948 front door- every single person recommended I call up Bradley’s and I’m so glad they did. Not only did they talk me through some steps over the phone, when I called in a panic not sure if I was going to be able to lock my door Andrew fit me into his schedule and was able to install my original historical door lock. As a teacher who spends her pennies wisely I won’t go anywhere for my lock and key needs!
They were not prepared to repair the historic lock on my door (after they supposedly repaired it less than 6 months before). The guy literally told me they didn’t have access to their machine and they couldn’t rekey our door. I ended up calling another locksmith because Bradley’s was so inept. Don’t bother using them.
