Abysmal treatment by the Bradley United employees. Blatant racism. Absolutely appalled. Bradley did nothing to remedy the situation.
We traveled to Bradley Intl Airport with a service dog that my husband needs as a disabled veteran, and it was a great experience. People are considerate to the needs of this special population. Very grateful for that.
