I purchased a home out of state this inspector missed many items on the inspection report in which cost me a lot of money I do not recommend his services

Just this week we used Bradley Inspection to take a look at a home we put a contract on. Chris completed our inspection. I can't say enough good things. Chris did a VERY thorough job and left us feeling good with moving forward with the purchase, although a few minor issues were found needing to be addressed. We used Bradley Inspection Services on our new construction and they were great. Now we're having them come back out prior to our 1 year builder warranty expiring and they have been fantastic. This is a great company that prides itself on customer service and professionalism. They provide a detailed report and go over it with you at the end of the inspection.
