I did not hire this company, rather the buyers of my house used them. I had been working from home as we were in the process of selling our house and moving to a new state for my new job. A gentleman from the company came by one morning (with notice) to put the radon test in my house. He incessantly rang my doorbell for THIRTY MINUTES while I was on the phone with a client. Just this week we used Bradley Inspection to take a look at a home we put a contract on. Chris completed our inspection. I can't say enough good things. Chris did a VERY thorough job and left us feeling good with moving forward with the purchase, although a few minor issues were found needing to be addressed. If you're looking for a detailed through inspection, give these guys a call.
