Beware of this inspector. My fiancée recently purchased a home, and had this company come out for an inspection, and there are areas that certainly were disregarded or not assessed properly. Our attic had old, worn cellulose insulation that likely needed to be addressed, and nothing regarding it was notated. There also is no ventilation system in the attic, but the inspector listed that there is ventilation and that they were in “acceptable” condition. This company was selected to do our inspection by our realtor, we trusted our realtor and by proxy trusted the inspection company because she told us nothing but good things. I did not hire this company, rather the buyers of my house used them. I had been working from home as we were in the process of selling our house and moving to a new state for my new job. A gentleman from the company came by one morning (with notice) to put the radon test in my house. He incessantly rang my doorbell for THIRTY MINUTES while I was on the phone with a client.
