Great job! – I was having a difficult time finding a company that would service my specific system. Luckily Bradley Heating & Air would - and they did a great job at it too! A very friendly, clean technician came to my home and was very knowledgeable. I have already recommended this business to my Mom.
Quick to respond – Very quick to respond to my call. When they called back they were very friendly and professional. I hired them based on the way they sounded over the phone and I am glad I did. They got the job done quickly and effectively.
Professional & Neat! – The installers and serviceman who came out to my house were very professional and neat. The office staff has been courteous and patient with any questions I have.
Will hire again. – The service tech that came out was very knowledgeable about our unit and explained to me in detail what the problem was with our duct work. The office staff was very pleasant and service was speedy.
WARNING !! Although Bradley responded quickly and was able to replace a capacitor on my a/c unit, they were VERY OVERPRICED. They charged me $95.00 for a part that cost them $11.00. This was in addition to a $75.00 service call. When I called to ask them to review the price I was told by the service manager "tough luck we are good enough to charge 'whatever we want to charge you' and 'it doesn't matter what we pay for the parts you are paying for our excellent reputation". Use with caution – Bradley Heating & Air conditioing over charged my credit card by $75. and maintained a position of delivering a service as requested although the sales slip I was given was less than what my credit card was charged. I feel they handled this poorly considering ithey received more than 800.00 for the service they provided.
