Very accommodating, friendly, and I received my car back the same day.
I’m from LA and traveling through Havasu we had a breakdown… Brandy was out service advisor and she did all she could to make sure our Explorer was squeezed in and fixed as soon as possible. Saved us having to come back 9 hour round trip to retrieve our car, ensuring their techs jumped on it quickly. Wish my local dealer was as helpful and responsive… we owe them!
