Received this arrangement yesterday. 1 of the 5 roses are rotten as well as the half dead carnation in the picture. I guess they don’t have any type of quality control and just use any flowers laying around the shop. Highly disappointed.

Ordered flowers online. Photo 1 is what I ordered, photo 2 is what I received. I understand that not all florists have the same selection of flowers, but this is not right. They used a different color scheme, a different vase height and the colors they used do not even go together. I was very disappointed to see what was delivered.
Got a conformation 10am the day the bouquet I ordered that it made and ready for delivery but was never delivered. Tried to get into contact with someone and after getting hung up on and being told twice that it was unable to be redelivered, finally got the bouquet to be sent out for delivery four days later and it did not look at ALL like what I paid for. It looked very cheap and plain and I was extremely disappointed after all it took just for it to be delivered. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.
