No one answers the phone at their office and received a rude email response. Taking my business elsewhere.
We had a great experience working with our structural engineer, Austin Rapp, at Bradley Engineering. Prior to meeting Austin, we had a tough time getting in touch with engineers at other firms. Austin, on the other hand, was very responsive throughout the process, patiently and promptly answering each of our questions. I worked for Bradley Engineering for a couple years. It pays well, Isabel Bradley is very helpful and patient and David Bradley is to the point and very intelligent at what he does. Very professional workplace.
I called this place with a question concerning a home we are looking at buying. There was structural issues that I felt weren’t clear they had been fixed. He told me to send over my inspection report and any other pics I had and he would take a look. He got back to me later that day. This place values not only customer service but people in general. That’s a gift you don’t see much of these days. I didn’t get to really thank him enough . This place has 10 stars from me. 🙏
