Dr. Ruff has a terrible bedside manner. Office staff was great. But he was dismissive, rude, uncommunicatve, AND he misdiagnosed my issue. He belittled me when I asked questions. It was clear that he felt I was wasting his time with a "little eye infection". I left the office furious and immediately knew that he did not care and I found a dr who paid attention to me and correctly diagnosed/treated my condition.
Not to discredit any doctor, but hes rude and condescending. Does not really listen, and I believe when a doctor gets to this point, its time to retire. Find someone else before seeing him.
Dr. Ruff was rude and condescending. I went to him for help and left feeling like I was an idiot who deserved to have the issue I was having.
Dr. Ruff is a dismissive, rude, unprofessional physician. I visited Dr. Ruff to examine a cyst that formed on my eyelid which was causing blurriness and dry eye. He dismissed my concerns, downplayed the severity of my symptoms, and tried to suggest “Some people have a bump for the rest of their lives. It will cause blurriness and lubrication problems but won’t hurt your vision” as an appropriate treatment strategy.
