Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No, they are always spot-on Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? No Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
