Dr. Cutler is the best psychiatrist I have ever encountered in my entire life. I’m a college student pursuing a career in mental health… let me tell you. I was a patient to him for 7 years and he only saw the best in me despite my struggles, I’m about to earn my associate degree in Psychology.
