I’m supposed to give this dirty garbage building Zero Stars , please do not even get close to this garbage dirty place , the building is entirely infected with Mice , they are everywhere, you will live with mice 24/ 7. The so called management are garbage worst than rats , they will just take your money and they will ignore your request to fix any issue. I went to look at the property on 266 sherbourne street and it’s really bad. The neighbourhood is dirty, the furniture is all molded, and the room is never taken care of since a decade ago and it is much dirtier than the picture on the internet . Despite all these facts, I still wanted to negotiate the price with the woman who works at the management office, but she is very stubborn and doesn’t have any clue on real state whatsoever. Just save your money and go find a basement apartment instead.
