If you truly love yourself, do not live here. I went to 280 Dundas St E and 266 Sherbourne St for a viewing - I initially checked online what the place looks like… the buildings look sketchy. But my curious mind is telling me to check it out and who knows right. The price for a bachelor unit is around $1045 for 280 Bldg and $1150-1.2k for 266 bldg. Considering the housing crisis now and rent prices going up, this seems reasonable. But nope… I wouldn’t even live there even if I have to pay $300-500. I value my life and well-b... read more
Rudes staff ever, I submitted my application through email, when I called to check if they received my application the woman over the phone said in a very bother tone of voice that I need to give then they money of the first and last month first in order to then to considerate my application. Take your money and wellbeing somewhere else.
