I have been dealing with this health department for 13 years and through six children. I have never had a bad experience. They have always been pleasant to deal with and are a storehouse of information. I think the community is lucky to have them.
The E-Cig posters that BCHD has been posting all around town clearly shows that you've had an epiphany. The only thing that is wrong with that is that the New England Journal of Medicine also had the same epiphany and ended up with egg on their faces. My suggestion, take those posters down because when CASAA, SFATA, and the Vaping Militia and an array of other vaping organizations come down on your little hillbilly town for spreading misinformation and agitating the public, your going to wish you actually did your due dilige... read more
