Their phone system keeps you in hold, supposedly in queue, then rings and says goodbye. I've tried time and time again and it's the same result.

I just needed a copy of my sons birth certificate so I pulled into one of their curbside spaces and called the number. Stayed on hold over an hour and no one answered. What’s the point of offering a curbside service option of no one can answer the phone? It’s beyond ridiculous and I’m not going to get my kids out to risk them getting covid over a birth certificate. They need to get it together.

It would be very helpful if they would put out more communication about the vaccine. Social media has a wide reach and also recorded messages on phones may be helpful to get the word out. I was on hold for nearly two hours today but hung up after a friend told me the new that they ran out of vaccines. Also, had an appointment for the vaccine this past Saturday but was turned away after they ran out. I understand this is a new situation but with practical planning and solutions—this could go a lot smoother for all.

I waited on hold for almost 30 minutes just to check into my appointment. This is nuts and there’s other people sitting outside in they’re cars getting mad as well. Talk about inconvenience to the max I wouldn’t recommend this place I’m sorry but this is ridiculous.

This place is a MESS! I was forced to get an appointment for my daughter because they claimed I was late on her shots. I wasn’t late. They told me that I could come in or they would call child services on me for not keeping up with her vaccinations. First off. Y’all are the ones that didn’t notate she had shots at her 6 month appointment and tried to give them again at her one year appointment. And then at her 1 year appointment you obviously screwed something up. Because that was the whole reason for my visit today. Free he... read more
