We needed a piece of wood on our porch replaced, new porch columns, and to cover the painted wood fascia and soffit. We chose to hire Bradley Construction because of their reviews. To our surprise, Bradley doesn't actually do any work themselves. They overpriced our job so that they could get their cut and then contract every single aspect of the job out to handyman companies, whose credentials were unknown to us. He came out to do a bid and refused to even walk through the house. Walked in the door and immediately got aggressive and said the job wasn’t for him. He advertises he’s a specialist for renovating homes, but didn’t know the first thing about an old home. Very rude and had no manners. Do not do business with this guy.
We had to re-paint the entire exterior of our home and needed a contractor we could trust. We selected Bradley Construction as our contractor, and we are happy we did. From Rick Burgan to the paint crew, the employees were careful, considerate, and could be trusted. Weather and humidity are always a concern during a painting project this time of year in our area. To start this escapade off, I was quoted the price and a two day completion time frame. I am now on day 42 of this project and have had enough. It is pouring down rain right now and I see my gutters were not attached to the house or put together correctly after the siding was attempted to be put on. I have water pouring out the sides of the gutters now because they were laid on top of each other instead of fastened together.
