I had scheduled an appointment for an Oil Change and a recall on my vehicle. We live 45 mins away, so I scheduled the appointment on Sat and took the whole day off work which I scheduleda couple weeks prior. I had an 8am appointment and got there early. We took an Uber to get breakfast while we waited for our vehicle to be done. I received a phone call an hour later that my car was done. But they didn't have the part for the recall.
