Saw Dr Morrison for root canal. Between initial consultation and procedure my symptoms dramatically improved. Tried calling to discuss if procedure was still needed but never got someone to pick up. Left a voicemail a week ahead but never got a response. Sent a text a few days before but no response. Tried calling again multiple times but no answer. Did have reassessment 5 mins before root canal, but felt uneasy about the whole process and lack of communication/availability prior to procedure.

Finished up a root canal within a crown yesterday. I must say, Dr Morrison was thorough, and persistent in finding all the roots. One was very elusive. He also has a pleasant side chair manner as well.
Dr. Morrison did a root canal redo for me (not his work originally) and did a great job evaluating and explaining the procedure for me. The Staff was very professional and I felt well taken care of. I would recommend.
Dr. Morrison is excellent, but dealing with his office is a nightmare. I arrived on 4/19 for a root canal and was told my copay was $617.40. It wasn't. After the appointment I was told my copay was $493.00. It wasn't. They agreed to let me leave if I paid $225.00 which is what I was told when I made the appointment. It wasn't. I called Cigna when I got home and found out my copay was zero, but they has miscoded what I had done. Now I can't get Nicole to return my call and refund the money to my HSA.
