I felt in such safe hands with Dr. Bufkin and his team. He explained the procedure thoroughly and confidently and made me feel positive about the success of the procedure. Everyone in his office was friendly and encouraging.
we had a short wait in the reception area and short wait in the exam room. we first met a PA but then Dr. Bufkin came in he asked many questions, told use that he had reviewed the previous cath film and personally talked to my cardiologist Dr. Al. i was disappointed that Dr. Bufkin would not do my surgery as I did not have enough artery left to attach to. I was disappointed but better to say no then to say yes and make things worse. I felt very at ease with Dr. Bufkin and if needed he would be my first choice for a surgeon.
We were treated very professionally and all of question were answered so we knew what was going on and what restrictions we needed to keep up with
Excellent care by doctor and Staff. Any calls that I made with questions were handled within a half hour.
Dr Bufkin was honest, straight forward and supportive . He answered all my questions and put me at ease.
Dr. Bufkin was great he was Me and My Husband surgeon. I needed emergency surgery I was scared and he assured me that everything would be fine. 3years later my husband needed surgery and he took great care of both of us. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bufkin
Very experienced surgeon that my cardiologist highly recommended. Said he was the best. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr Bufkin and his PA totally explained my surgery and what to expect. I had an aortic valve replacement with a double bypass. After my release from the hospital I had two occasions to call the office and answering service to ask a question about my recovery. I have never been made welcomed in any doctors office as I was at Dr.Bufkin’s office. I am a retired customer service manager and this office exemplified customer service, especially Bridgett on the telephone!
Open Heart surgery to repair aorta valve at Brandon Hospital JULY 2019 by Dr. Bufkin. Today is 9/18/19 and everyone can not believe that I had surgery in July and look and act like I did the past couple of years. Highly recomend Dr.Bufkin and his awesome staff.
