From the time Dr. Bufkin was contacted by the ER doctor to my husband's follow-up recovery, he has been nothing but amazing. He was thorough in explaining the procedure and answering questions after the surgery.

Dr Bufkin and his Staff answered all my questions in detail concerning my post op Aortic valve surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Bufkin for those requiring a surgical heart procedure. From pre surgery to post surgery they provided the highest level of care and treatment for my surgical procedure. I always felt comfortable and confident in their professional abilities while under their care.
Dr B Bufkin is one of the rare professionals who combines being both one of the best surgeons and a very fine human being who cares for his patients. I am very grateful that he probably added another 25 years to my life.

Dr. Bufkin has an excellent bedside manner. His office personnel are very efficient and knowledgeable, they explained everything that was going to be done to our mother.
I have been seeing Dr Bufkin yearly to check my aortic root. He is thorough in reviewing all the tests with me and answering all my questions and concerns. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. His nurse, PA, and office staff are also very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Bufkin is an amazing surgeon! My experience with him and his staff, before, during, and after my bypass surgery was a great experience. As soon as he spoke, I knew I was in safe hands. He thoroughly explained the procedure and what I could expect. His friendly nature put me at ease almost immediately and encouraged me to ask those difficult questions. Carol, in reception, was extremely helpful in answering questions and helping me secure follow up appointments from other specialists.
