I called on the scheduled delivery day to ask about my order and the person who answered the phone was wildly rude and disrespectful. I've never written an online review before but this calls for one.

Josie was very pleasant when answering the phone and was very patient answering my questions. Needless to say she processed my order efficiently and sent off the flowers promptly. Will be returning again.
