My appt was in the morning ofJan 16; my hygienist Ms Haley is awesome, nice and friendly; I was seen on time and she did a thorough cleaning, thank you!
Twice I’ve walked into that office with an appointment for them to tell me it wasn’t in the computer. And just like their sister office, 9 month wait. There are other qualified and high quality dentist who also have competent office staff.
Warning!!!! This office will schedule you 3 months out but will cancel your appointment with no shame if you don’t respond to a text message they send you. Absolutely absurd!!!! No matter if you don’t get the text or have a different number or whatever it may be. YOU MUST RESPOND TO THEIR TEXT MESSAGE OR NO APPOINTMENT FOR YOU regardless how long you’ve waited. Wonderful experience! The office staff was welcoming and kind. The hygienist was not only super knowledgeable but sweet and engaging! While I only briefly interacted with the dentist, she too was very friendly.
