They have construction workers there doing non-essential work. They are just building new offices and R&D lab that are currently in another part of the plant. The work does not effect the plant operations.

Protect your Employees and the community!! Don’t try to find ways to circumvent the Stay at Home order. Your company is not necessary to protect or sustain life. If I need a new water heater, I can get one from Lowe’s. As a Registered Nurse who is working countless hours during this pandemic, seeing companies blatant disregard for the reality of what this virus can do is simply heartbreaking. You should not be working 1200 employees elbow to elbow making hot water heaters. It isn’t essential and you should be more considerate of the wellbeing of your employees.
